About St. Jack

The product of a lifetime of study and passion, St. Jack is an ode to the bouchons, or esteemed cafes of Lyon, France, and to Chef Aaron Barnett's take on the humble excellence of rustic French cuisine.

Wine Director Christopher Sky Westmoreland has put together a wine list that is concise yet personal, highlighting both French and Northwest wines that reflect a sense of place, and offering affordable treasures from rustic regions such as Bergerac and Quincy.
